  Recreational Rebreather course (Poseidon/Evolution):

For those of you, who would just occasionally enjoy „bubble-free“ diving, and are not prepared to invest the time and money in a full user course or would like to take advantage of the rebreather for underwater photography, there is an alternative. The Recreational Rebreather course is a three day course, teaching you the essentials of rebreather diving without ever leaving recreational diving limits.

The usual run of the course would be like this:

During the first day, you will go through some basic theory. Afterwards, your instructor will teach you how to assemble your unit. Once you understand how the rebreather works, it is time to gather your first experiences, diving the rebreather in calm, shallow waters.

On the second day, you will already assemble the unit yourself, under the supervision of your instructor, before doing two dives, during which you will get to know the unit even better, getting a feel for it, and enjoying the soothing silence the rebreather exudes. Of course, you will also go through some of the most important basic safety and emergency skills, which your instructor will demonstrate for you.

On the third and last day of the course, you will assemble your unit yourself, before carrying out two more fascinating dives. After having completed successfully all the theory and skills, you will be certified as an Open Water Rebreather diver.

Prerequisites for participating in this rebreather course:
PADI AOWD or equivalent qualification
Nitrox-Diver

After successful completion of the course, you will be entitled to dive the unit you trained on to a maximum depth of 21m. If supervised by an instructor, you will be able to go to a maximum depth of 30 m, staying within the limits of recreational diving.
